Laboratory Tools

Waxing Tool Kit - this is used to bend the thermoplastic tube to create an angled screw access hole.

Laboratory Screwdriver - this is unique to the Cresco system, as it allows screws to be tightened down an angulated hole.

These are the only special tools required by the Design Lab and are available from AstraTech.

Slot Screwdriver - unique to the Cresco system

Cap Screwdriver - simplifies tightening the Impression Pin

Cresco Torque Ratchet Wrench - produces a torque of up to 35 Ncm. It has a dual function: torque control and ratchet wrench. In the restorative situation, the torque control is used to tighten the Bridge Screw in the final restoration.
